Through our processing networks, we are able to process Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner's Club®, JCB®, Voyager®, Wright Express®, EBT - state and government electronic benefits, and ATM/Debit transactions for businesses nationwide. Currently EPI serves businesses in all industry types and acquires new businesses through a network of agent banks, sales agents, and independent sales offices (ISOs).

EPI's commitment to merchant customer service and support is paramount, leading to our industry-low < 0.15% merchant attrition rate. We are available with a 24/7 help desk and a dedicated customer service and technical support staff to handle any merchant inquiry quickly and effectively. Our new merchant support center enables merchants to check on open calls, chargeback issues, order paper and supplies, and to access quick reference guides and processing manuals for their account.

Electronic Payments also provides gift and value card services, check conversion and RCK, and custom IT services for merchants needing online e-commerce processing with Enhanced Chargeback Management (ECM).
